How do I know if the Healer's Heart Assessment is for me?

Accordng to the American Association of Colleges of Nursing, we should assume that 100% of people have experienced trauma. This is why it is a silent epidemic. And why you can be assured that you are being impacted in some way(s).

Is Dr. Lorre a medical doctor?

Dr. Lorre holds a PhD in nursing and is a registered nurse. She is the Founder and Director of The Haelan Academy, a nonprofit organization that brings education and healing resources to nurses, healers, and helping professionals worldwide.

Dr. Lorre is not a medical doctor, nor is the information that she shares medical advice. It is educational content that can be shared with your health care team.

What if I want to continue working with Dr. Lorre after our session?

If that is of interest, be assured that we have programs to support you. As this is Dr. Lorre's nonprofit light work, trust that there are no sales pitches or pressure. How long does it take to complete the Healer's Heart Assessment?

The answer is . . .it depends on you! There are two parts to the assessment. The first is a comprehensive online survey where you will answer a series of multiple choice and reflection questions. Then you'll receive resources to use, such as recommended reading, worksheet, meditation, etc. prior to your appointment with Dr. Lorre. Use what resonates, leave what doesn't. The second part is your 1:1 session with Dr. Lorre, who will discuss your assessment responses and offer educational guidance to clarify your next steps.

What is neurospiritual healing?

This is a term that emerged through Dr. Lorre's research that describes how trauma that is stuck in the body is also stuck in the energetic and spiritual fields. That "stuckness" appears as blocks or energetic tangles that interfere with spiritual connection, expansion, and awakening. When you heal the trauma that is stuck in your body, you also heal the trauma that is blocking your connection with your higher power and light beings.

Can I decide what I'd like to start healing and when?

Yes, you are in the driver's seat for you are the expert of your life, your body, your mind, and your spiritual path. Dr. Lorre's 4-step process is called Your Innate Care Plan. You'll lean into your body's wisdom and your spiritual path to access the innate wisdom within you. Then, you'll decide which course of action to take. Dr. Lorre is your co-pilot to answer any questions and offer support during your healing journey.
